Seven centuries of vine growing have shown that the terroir of Château Saint Chapel is one of the most exceptional in Provence. In 1955, he was awarded the “”CRU CLASSÉ”” distinction. The clay-limestone soils and the presence of a deep source allow a controlled supply of the vine, a guarantee of obtaining great wines. Today, Château Saintehas more than 100 hectares where 11 different grape varieties are cultivated, the main ones being:

• For the red wines: Syrah, Mourvèdre and Cabernet Sauvignon.
• For rosé wines: Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Cinsault, and Tibouren.
• For white wines: Rolle and Sémillon.

Evening Scenario: You are welcomed by the winemaker. With your guide, you will visit the ancestral Sainte Chapel, the Cellar then the production area.

The cocktail and wine tastings are organized in the Courtyard of the Chapel, in the Cellars or in the Tasting room.
The cocktail is animated by games on wine in the form of a casino table. Another interesting activity for 50 people simultaneously is a blind tasting of 3 wines with a dynamic oenologist.

Dinner is served in the room with a direct view on the barrel cellar. A Gourmet 3 course menu is brought to you, each dish is served with a different wine. The winemaker entertains the group by presenting the different wines and plays with the participants in a discovery game.
